What Clients Are Saying About Stacey…

"We would not have gotten our house without Stacey Rohrer. She found a house that fit our needs, in an area we were interested in, before it went on the market, and got us in to see the house before the sellers were planning on having an open house. We brought an offer Stacey prepared with us, and the open house never happened. Without that leg work upfront, it's unlikely that we would have gotten the house. She is a pleasure to work with and we've really enjoyed viewing houses with her. She understood our needs throughout. Additionally, the contract process with Stacey has been very easy, which we've greatly appreciated." - E.A., Denver

"As a prospective buyer to a new area, Stacey Rohrer listened very attentively to all of our desires and concerns as we began our search. She assimilated this information quickly and accurately and then pursued a search with us that was characterized by thoughtfulness along with a mixture of clear objectivity and appropriate candor. Throughout our search, she effectively communicated both in writing and verbally about all relevant details associated with the houses she thought might be of interest to us. Everything about our experience with Stacey consistently demonstrated qualities that reflect the very best of highly skilled, personable and genuinely ethical real estate professionals." - Jerry Freund (Decorah, IA and Westminster, CO)

"Stacey was amazing...she sold our place quickly for over asking price and got us into a home we LOVE without having to deal with a bidding war or other craziness. The whole operation was smooth." - Brian Y, Denver

Q&A With Stacey…

Where do you LIVE?
We live in the Highlands in a great little pocket called Grand View. It used to be an apple orchard back in the day and is one of Denver’s first subdivisions! I love our home – it is a quintessential bungalow with original woodwork, coved ceilings and a fantastic yard. We’re just a couple blocks from Rocky Mountain Lake Park and walking distance to some great neighborhood eateries!

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
Providing exceptional service is extremely important to me. Real Estate allows me to get to know my clients on a personal level. Knowing a client has put their trust in me to help them define their needs and meet their goals is truly rewarding. I love every aspect of the real estate process and my honesty and integrity are prevalent in every transaction. Selling your current home and finding your future home should be enjoyable and stress-free - I do everything in my power to ensure that happens. Celebrating our city, knowing the unique attributes of the neighborhoods and checking out the amazing homes with great people, just makes it that much more fun!

What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
My musical taste is pretty diverse. If you were to tap into my music collection, you’d hear Ryan Adams, Sufjan Stevens, Michael Jackson, Led Zeppelin, Father John Misty and a slew of indie rock. I would tell you more but I’m heading to a show at the Fillmore.

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
My son goes to Sandoval Elementary in northwest Denver. Sandoval is a terrific school within DPS that provides a Montessori, dual-language program to an economic and socially diverse student population. I support their fundraising efforts and volunteer time to help my son and his classmates receive an excellent education.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
There are so many wonderful restaurants, I pick up my 5280 magazine and work my way down the list! Potager in Capitol Hill will always rank at the top for me. Wooden Spoon in Potter Highlands for breakfast sandwiches is amazing. I am in LOVE with Blue Pan Pizza – their Detroit style pizza is so delicious and just about the best thing in the world to eat after a fun day on the slopes!
